By accessing or using 777pluss — whether to browse, register, deposit funds, place bets, or interact with any part of the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players on the 777pluss platform, including those accessing via mobile browser, tablet, or desktop computer. The fact that you have not read these Terms does not exempt you from any of the obligations contained within them.

These Terms should be read alongside the 777pluss Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with us and are available in the footer of every page on the platform.

To register and use 777pluss, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Online gaming in the Philippines requires players to be 21 or older. We take this seriously and age verification may be required at any point.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law at the time of placing a bet or making a deposit.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 777pluss or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously agreed to a voluntary exclusion from 777pluss.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

777pluss reserves the right to ask for verification documents confirming your age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 777pluss platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
• A valid email address that you actively monitor
• A valid Philippine mobile number
• Your accurate date of birth confirming you are 21 or older

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. 777pluss will never ask for your password by phone, email, or live chat. Any activity carried out under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us immediately.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your 777pluss account, contact our support team immediately at support@777pluss.net and change your password as soon as possible.

All transactions on 777pluss are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). There is no currency conversion, and no foreign exchange fees are applied by 777pluss. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels at 777pluss include:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 777pluss does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to have originated from an account not registered to the player, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of the platform. 777pluss reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before approving withdrawals.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or e-wallet provider. 777pluss does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals.

From time to time, 777pluss offers bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and other incentives to its players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the promotion page and must be read in full before opting in.

General bonus rules at 777pluss include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to age and identity verification.
• A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to abuse any promotion — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and account suspension.
• 777pluss reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

By placing a bet on 777pluss, you confirm that you understand the specific rules applicable to that market, event, or game type. General betting rules at 777pluss include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be edited or cancelled after the confirmation screen has been accepted.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum stake limits vary by market and event type. Applicable limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of placing are the odds that apply to your confirmed bet.
• Bets placed on events after they have started (live/in-play bets) are subject to the odds and availability displayed at the time of placement.
• 777pluss reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of technical errors, incorrectly posted odds, or manipulated markets. If a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full.
• Bet settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body — sports results, match officials, or game administrators depending on the event type.

Specific rules for PBA betting, boxing betting, esports betting, virtual sports, bingo, and card games are published in each respective section of the 777pluss platform and form part of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 777pluss and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or using falsified verification documents
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers or circumvent account restrictions
• Colluding with other players, staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to manipulate the platform or betting markets
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets with knowledge of non-public information
• Using 777pluss accounts to launder money or conduct any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical operation of the 777pluss platform
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777pluss staff or other players

777pluss employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and fraudulent activity. We cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required to do so.

777pluss collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We collect personal information including your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, and gaming activity records. This data is used to operate your account, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

777pluss does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or to fulfil our obligations to you as a player.

777pluss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player's betting activity shows signs of match-fixing, abuse of technical errors, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• The player is under 21 years of age or has failed identity verification
• A regulator or law enforcement agency has directed us to close the account

In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, 777pluss may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation clears the account, funds will be returned in full. If fraud is confirmed, funds may be permanently forfeited.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777pluss shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, banks, etc.)
• Losses incurred due to a player's own decisions to place bets or wagers
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials
• Third-party websites or services linked from or to the 777pluss platform

777pluss makes all reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

777pluss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
